Getting Started

Step 1

 Register your school or organization for Shape Up, by sending an e-mail to president@shapeupchallege.org. Make sure to include the following information:
  1. School/Organization Name
  2. Contact Person
  3. Street Address, City, State, Zip Code
  4. Phone Number
  5. Fax Number
  6. E-mail Address
  7. Approximate Number of Participants

Step 2

 Download the free Activity Card and print up as many as your school or organization will need.

Step 3

 Visit the Council Store link and order your T-shirts, Caps, Pedometers and other Shape Up merchandise.

Step 4

 Get moving and Shape Up!
